At Needles, we are always proud of new clients who make the commitment of time and effort to implement their case management program. Firms are most successful when they have a dedicated team who get excited at the prospect of a more efficient way of doing business. This was certainly the case with Metzger, Wickersham, Knauss & Erb, one of the leading litigation firms in central Pennsylvania. The firm purchased the Needles program in late summer 2004 in an effort to streamline the business and capture essential marketing data. With the growth of the practice came the need for an efficient case management program. Enter Needles Case Management Software. A core group of employees at the firm implemented the Needles program in August of 2004. Since that time, the firm has entered more than 400 cases, coded many of their legal documents, and developed more than 30 case types in the Needles program. Now that they are successfully up and running in that department, they are planning to implement the Needles program across all Practice Groups.
