Hyperlinks
I recently realized that clicking on a hyperlink in a regular Microsoft PowerPoint slide doesn’t work as expected. Hyperlinks in PowerPoint are only active when running a slide show. To add a hyperlink, choose “Hyperlink” from the “Insert” menu (or press “Ctrl+K”). Add the hyperlink and run the slide show. Your hyperlink location will be accessible.

Not Another String Bean Man
We have all seen it — the overused clip art string bean man or woman with Betty Rubble hair and a pink shirt sitting at a desk working on a computer. Don’t settle for these images. Your presentation is more important than that. To purchase top-quality images at reasonable prices, visit Getty Images at www.gettyimages.com. If you must use stock clip art, you can ungroup and format each element of the picture individually for a personalized effect.
