When issuing a general or trust check, type the payee name exactly as it appears on the "Vendor Listing." When producing the 1099 listing or forms, select "General Checks" and "Trust Checks" in the "Include" area. Note: For a vendor to be included on the reports and forms, set the "Vendor Type" on the "Open Vendor" window to "Misc."
Updating PCLaw Over the Internet
PCLaw can check Alumni’s Web site to ensure that you are running the latest available version for free. To do this, click "Live Update" under the "Help" pull-down menu.
