| IncSpot.coms Web site
offers many services to corporate and litigation attorneys and other legal professionals.
IncSpot bills itself as a powerful, easy-to-use tool for document filing and
retrieval, registered agent services and corporate filings all through its site at www.incspot.com. Its well-organized, clean and simple to use. Although the Web site is free, you must register, and you rack up service fees when you place orders. IncSpot offers services, including corporate services, such as Uniform Commercial Codes filing preparation, state and federal tax lien searches and lien services, including fixture searches and mechanic liens. Litigation services include local and federal lawsuit searches and bankruptcy and criminal searches. Some real estate services include grantor/grantee searches, mortgage searches, ownership verification and property searches. Document retrieval searches include good standing certificates, name availability and reservation, status searches and tax certificates. A useful feature is the ability to place orders online
24 hours a day. The new Order Results feature allows you to view, print and search the
results of all your orders in a variety of ways, so you can track assignment status. IncSpot offers links to individual state sites for corporate name searches and business entity searches. Some of the links were stale, and the page was last updated three months earlier. But, I went back a day later, and the page was updated. IncSpot is protected with Secured Socket Layer (SSL). The only trouble I experienced was IncSpots lack of consistency with the sales and public relations department. Overall, IncSpots a good service. |
